Crazy Bargain can deliver Australia wide except below postcode. We use the best shipping system, which automatically chooses the best and cheapest freight cost depending on your location in relation to ours together with the dimensions of the products you buy and will submit to you for acceptance.
We will endeavour to dispatch your order if in stock within 24 – 72 hours and get delivered within 3 to 7 days, depending on shipping location.
However, factors outside of our control may cause a delay. We apologise in advance if any delays do occur.
Larger items being sent to NT, SA and WA can take up to 10 working days for delivery.
Out of stock items will take a further 10 – 21 working days.
Furniture deliveries can take up to 12 weeks. Suppliers have provided up to a 12-week wait for some lines. You will be notified if there is an extended delay!
In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us, our customer service representative will contact you via email. A re-delivery cost will occur if a parcel has to be resent.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt
If no one is present when the order arrives and it is being delivered by Australia Post, a notification will be left in the mailbox for you to pick up your parcel in your local Post Office. If your item is delivered by Toll IPEC and Allied Express, an arrangement will be made in advance to ensure your item to arrive at your door at your convenience. A re-delivery cost will occur if you are not home at the arranged time. A re-delivery cost will occur if a parcel has to be resent.
Rejected by Receiver
If your item is a gift, please ensure the receiver knows about it to avoid parcel rejection. A re-delivery cost will occur if a parcel has to be resent.
The expected time delivery given by each courier is for reference only. Delivery might take longer than expected due to various reasons. If you do not receive your item within 10 business days, please contact our customer service representative.
Pick up or arranging your own courier is not available at our warehouse to ensure our distribution centre can dispatch all goods efficiently at all times.
If goods purchased become faulty please return to Crazy Bargain immediately with photos and a copy of your receipt. Once we have evaluated we will choose to either submit to the supplier for assessment, repair of the item or on the suppliers’ advice replace. Provided the fault is due to the product and not damage.
