What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We use the best shipping system, which automatically chooses the best and cheapest freight cost depending on your location in relation to the dimensions and weight of the products you buy.

How long will delivery take?

We will endeavor to dispatch your order if in stock within 24 – 72 hours and get delivered within 3 to 7 days, depending on shipping location.

Larger items being sent to NT, SA, and WA can take up to 10 working days for delivery.

Furniture deliveries can take up to 12 weeks. Suppliers have provided up to a 12-week wait for some lines. You will be notified if there is an extended delay!

Do you send an invoice with delivery?

No, We do not send an invoice with delivery. you will receive an invoice only by email. This will also help if you are sending as a gift.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will receive an invoice and order confirmation email once you placed an order and payment successfully cleared by your bank.
